I would definitely recommend Toyota of Clifton Park. I am about three hours away from the dealership so I called a head to see if they would hold the vehicle for me. He really went out of his way to make sure I got everything I wanted, and made the whole experience super easy. Just bought a new 2024 Prius Prime from here and worked with Gabe. He provided great customer support and was always available and willing to find answers to our questions throughout the process. On the day of pickup, he spent a lot of time with us to make sure we understood all of the features of the new car. We will definitely return to see Gabe to purchase another vehicle in the future!

I first dealt with this dealership when I accompanied my son there to purchase his first car. I saw how honest, intelligent, and well trained the staff were, and I was impressed, because it was much more welcoming than any other dealership I'd ever been to. When it came time for me to get my next Toyota, I headed north (I live in Albany) to purchase it from New Country Toyota. During the past couple years, I have continued to be pleased and impressed with every interaction I have had with this company, whether it was with customer service, management, and mechanical service. My history with New Country Toyota clearly outranks that of any other dealership with whom I have ever dealt!

My wife and I were on the waitlist for over two years because other Toyota dealerships would “reach out to us” and take us off the list for any upcoming Siennas. Until we came here and met with Noah and helped us by putting us on the list and kept us updated until it finally arrived and made the process super easy and smooth with the help of Dave. They were amazing and worked with us even though we were a bit much with the kids. Would highly recommend if you want a nice environment and upfront prices without the usual “but if you get this it’ll give you a better deal” approach.

Not only did he jump right in where Mackey in Wilton had fallen very short, he was also calm and collected the whole time and took time to show me how all the technology worked. Melissa from the service department was terrific! Had an issue with computer codes after a dead battery with my Rav4 and she promptly got me in and taken care of efficiently and quickly with a smile. Highly recommend them. Refreshing to have such a positive experience.

I would like to shout out to Matt Wilson in sales and Jordan in service at New Country Toyota in Clifton Park. I bought my new Toyota in March and I love it and Matt was so helpful and kind. Today I was driving my car and heard a noise like a flat tire so I called Toyota and explained the situation. Jordan was extremely helpful had me come in immediately, as I told him I would be going out of town shortly . He told me he would do his best to get me in but they were busy. I got there and in less then an hour he came out and told me there was a bolt in my tire. They replaced my tire and I was out the door in less than an hour! Now that’s Service! I have had appointments for oil changes at other dealerships and never got that service! Thank you to all the great people working at New Country Toyota!!!

Then somehow I managed to find Justin on a Facebook group. He helped me get exactly what I wanted, and exactly confgure it the way I wanted it. There was no markups no gimmicks no time wasting. I love the fact that every single person in that dealership was honest and very professional. From the moment I stepped foot into the door till they gave me my keys to drive out my vehicle it was such a pleasant experience. They did not try to oversell me anything or try to get me to sign up for anything else that I didn't want. I drove all the way from New York City to get my vehicle. It was ready and prepped by the time I got there. And they even put a complimentary bow on it so we could take some pictures. My wife fell in love with the service and the positive attitudes that they had. If you're looking for a salesperson that will take care of you from start to end and he even gives you his personal email address and his telephone number look for nobody else besides Justin. From the moment I made contact with him till even after the sale he's been amazing. I wanted a few things that they couldn't help me with there and they assured me that they will take care of it and have the stuff shipped out to us. Justin gets a 5 out of 5 and so does Toyota of Clifton Park.

He was responsive whenever my husband and I reached out with questions and expedited the paperwork on the back end so we could get into our new car ASAP! We never felt pressured and Connor took the time to listen to what we wanted and make sure all of our needs were met. He was knowledgeable about the car and let us know even though the car buying process is complete, we are more than welcome to text/call/stop in if we ever have any questions. Everyone at this dealership from the GM Mike Raucci down couldn’t have been nicer and welcomed us more! We went through the car buying process with two small toddlers in tow and they welcomed our kids and made this exciting time fun for the whole family!
